Just off one of London's major central roads between mainline train stations...this wonderful no smoking sign on some hoardings for building works. Fascinating that one seems to apply only to Shepherds. Perhaps some shepherds do have the Freedom of the City and hence to drive a herd of sheep across town. Much more mundane than that...simply the name of the contractor. Probably policy that all signs need the company name, whatever the context.
